Vice President of Human Resources
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Directs and manages all aspects of Human Resources functions for the organization including, compensation, employee relations, benefits, payroll, recruitment and retention. Also serves as part of the Senior Leadership Team. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field required; Master's degree highly preferred.
At least 7 years of human resources management experience required, with strategic, talent management, and/or business development experience highly preferred.
At least 3 years of experience management position highly preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP strongly preferred.
