Specialty Clinic Coordinator
Set up exams for patients and handle customer service inquiries. Ensuring there is enough time between appointments to allow physicians to complete certain medical examinations and procedures. Other clerical duties may include pre-authorizations, databases, faxing and scanning, answering phones, consults and referral calls for physicians, reminder calls for patients. Provide clerical and general office support for departmental operations. Responsible for conducting timely admissions for all patients in a professional manner.
