Clinical Quality/Population Health Manager
Full time- 40 hours. The manager of Clinical Quality and Population Health has a primary purpose to work collaboratively with the clinic staff to improve quality outcomes and decrease costs of patient care. This will be accomplished through the assessment of clinical performance, identification of gaps in best practice, and transformation of patient care processes. This position will assist in identifying high risk patient populations and monitor care management workflows. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing or an approved Medical Assistant program. Current RN / LPN licensure or Certified Medical Assistant in the state of Nebraska. Minimum of three (3) years nursing or patient care experience. Experience in managed care, hospital, or medical group practice with focus on quality improvement, utilization management, or clinical operations is preferred.
